• This tour does not include restroom breaks.
• English-speaking guide service is available upon request (additional charge applies).

Notice

1.Booking Deadline:

Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of travel.

2.Changes & Cancellations:

Fees may apply depending on the date of your request.

Please refer to the Change & Cancellation Policy below for detailed information.

3.No-Show Policy:

If you fail to board the vehicle at the designated time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a “no-show”, and no refund will be issued.

4.Departure Time:

The bus will depart punctually at the scheduled time.

Please gather in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor at least 10 minutes before departure.

5.Late Arrival / No Contact:

If you are unable to board at the scheduled departure time due to personal reasons or similar circumstances, and fail to contact us on the day of service, please note that no refund will be provided.

6.Weather & Road Conditions:

Please be advised that no refunds will be issued in the event that the service cannot operate as scheduled or is suspended due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.

Furthermore, should any delay in bus operation result in a missed connecting or return flight, our company shall not be held liable for any subsequent transportation or accommodation expenses incurred as a result.

7.Minimum Operation Requirement:

Tours with no reservations will not operate.

1.If you wish to change or cancel your reservation on the day before or on the day of travel, please contact TBA by phone during our business hours (9:00–18:00, closed on weekends and public holidays).

When calling, please have your 6-digit reservation number ready for reference.

2.The effective date of any change or cancellation will be based on the date and time (Japan Standard Time) when your email is received or phone call is recorded.
3.If you wish to make changes after the reservation deadline, the existing reservation must first be cancelled before making a new booking.
4.For cancellations resulting from changes made after the reservation deadline (as noted in item 2 above), or for any general cancellation,
a cancellation fee will apply as indicated in the table on the left.

5.For customers who made payment via credit card online, in the event of a refund,a refund processing fee equivalent to 6% of the fare will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6.For payments made by bank transfer, or refunds resulting from changes or cancellations,any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.
