Transfer Service

We provide transfer services for both departures from/arrivals to Niseko and departures from/arrivals to Sapporo.

Transfer service is available to all destinations listed in the fare table below.

Transfer Service | Reservation & Usage Process

Please make sure to read the following information carefully before making a reservation.

1.Before Booking

Confirm your intended date of use.

If booking for airport transfers, please also verify your flight details.

Required time between flight and vehicle connection

International Flights: Allow at least 90 minutes after arrival / 120 minutes before departure.

Domestic Flights: Allow at least 45 minutes after arrival / 60 minutes before departure.

2.How to Book

Reservations can be made online via our official website.

Please complete your booking at least 4 days before departure (or 7 days in advance during winter season).

Payment Methods

You may choose Online Credit Card Payment or Bank Transfer (Prepayment Required).

Payment must be completed within 24 hours after booking.

If payment is not received within this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

※ In case of late arrival causing a missed vehicle, no refund will be provided.

3.Booking Confirmation

Once confirmed, a “Reservation Confirmation & Boarding Guide” will be sent to your registered email address.

Please ensure to check it carefully.

4.On the Day of Travel

Buses depart on time.

Please arrive at the hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time.

【 Important Notes 】
1.Reservation Deadline

Final booking must be made at least 7 days before departure.

2.Change / Cancellation Fees

Changes or cancellations within 7 days before departure are subject to handling fees.

Please refer to the cancellation policy below.

3.Accuracy of Information

Reservations are arranged based on the details provided.

Any errors leading to misbooking after payment cannot be refunded.

4.No-show Policy


If the driver arrives at the designated location and the passenger does not appear, no refund will be issued.

5.Meeting Points

The meeting location may vary depending on the number of passengers.

Details will be provided in the confirmation email.

6.Delays or Service Suspension


No refunds will be issued due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure events.

7.Flight Delays or Cancellations

If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you fail to contact us, it will be treated as a no-show and non-refundable.

If delayed, please call us immediately to confirm whether waiting or an alternative arrangement is possible. At that time, we will check whether the assigned vehicle can remain on standby at the location or if an alternative arrangement can be made.

If the guest arrives late without prior notice, please note that due to subsequent bookings, the vehicle may have already departed, and in such cases, no refund will be provided.

8.Seasonal Rate Adjustments

Prices may vary depending on peak or off-peak seasons.

Listed prices apply up to 7 days before departure.

Last-minute bookings may incur a 20% surcharge.

9.Early Morning & Late-night Surcharges

Early Morning: 20% surcharge applies for departures before 6:30 AM

Late Night: 20% surcharge applies for departures or arrivals after 9:30 PM

10.Additional Stops

If you wish to make additional stops before reaching your destination,

a revised quotation will be provided.

【 Cancellation Policy 】
1.How to Change or Cancel

Please contact us by phone or email during business hours.

Cancellations made through the online system only are not valid.

2.Business Hours

9:00 AM – 18:00 PM

Inquiries received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.

3.Cancellation Fees
  • 7–2 days before departure: 30%
  • By 12:00 noon the day before: 50%
  • After 12:00 noon or on the day / no-show: 100%
4.Changes After Deadline

Any changes after the reservation deadline require cancellation and a new booking.

5.Cancellations After Deadline

Please note that cancellations resulting from changes made after the reservation deadline (as stated in Section 4 above), or any other cancellations, will incur cancellation fees as indicated in the table above.

6.Credit Card Refunds

In the event that a refund is issued to customers who made payment by online card transaction, a refund processing fee of 6% of the fare will be deducted from the refundable amount.

7.Bank Transfer Refunds

Any bank transfer fees incurred for refunds are borne by the customer.
